Autopoiesis is the capacity of a system to continuously produce itself in interaction with its environment — to realize itself as self while being with the other. How does each person's work retain traces of contact with the artistic practices of others? Encounter was the theme of this exhibition. We chose not to begin with a particular idea but to create, like an exquisite corpse, a progressive unfolding in the manner of a drift, through which the connections between each work gradually weave themselves together.
